Preparation Phase
After the BFT wall panels and accessories you ordered arrive, you need to prepare tools for installing the panels and accessories, mainly including expansion screws (for concrete and cement brick walls), dovetail nails (for steel structure construction), hand drills, Nail gun (not needed), markers, tape measure, rubber hammer, cutter, etc.
Mounting the Accessory Base
Before installing the metal carved board, first install the base of the board accessories, mainly including the starting part, closing part, hemming, middle seam, yin, and yang corners, etc.

After installing the accessory base, install the first metal carved board horizontally from top to bottom (if there is no waterproof requirement, some boards with patterns can also be installed vertically), the female ports of all boards must face downwards, and the male ports must face superior.
After installing the first board, fix it on the wall with expansion screws or dovetail nails (it is recommended to fix a nail every 60cm), then align the female opening of the second board with the male opening of the first board, and insert it downwards. tight. At the same time, use a rubber hammer to hit the interface of the two boards to ensure that the seam between the two boards is tight enough, then use expansion screws or dovetail nails to fix the second board on the wall, and finally install other boards in the same way.
It should be noted that when the wall size and the plate size are not equal, the installation should continue after cutting.
Installing the Accessory Cover
After all, the metal carving panels are installed, press the accessory cover onto the base. If the accessories are of the same material, fix them on the wall with screws, and finally seal them with waterproof glass glue.

In order to protect the outer surface of the BFT wall panels from being scratched during transportation, all the panels manufactured by BFT will be covered with a protective film on the surface. Therefore, the protective film can be torn off when the board is installed, which can make the building look brand new.
